What's Happening in the Vineyard?
Southern California's big rainfall during the past winter months will provide an abundant water supply for this seasons vines.
The granite-composite soil, in many local areas, provides excellent drainage. Now, the sunshine is returning and warming up the
vines. Budbreak has begun and vines are uncurling, soon fragile cordones will blossom with the 2005 fruit.

with its origins in France's Burgundy region, is considered one of the world's most challenging grape varieties, to grow and to transform
