Hidden Wineries March 2004 Newsletter

Welcome to the first edition of the Hidden Wineries Momentum Newsletter, a new periodic issue to provide our friends and associates with status and information about the Hidden Wineries of Southern California coffee table book and companion cookbook , both soon to be printed by Panache Publishing.

Milestones

March 2004 — Pre-order sales and the finance stage of Hidden Wineries of Southern California commences to raise capital for printing expenses.
February 2004 — Hidden Wineries&tade; was officially accepted for registration with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
January 2004 — Cover photo for Hidden Wineries of Southern California completed.
December 2003 — Production of the Hidden Wineries companion cookbook begins. DeAnne White, Recipe Editor, has contacted all the wineries and their associated restaurants and/or caterers; recipe collection is under way. If you have original recipes you would like to contribute please e-mail them to DeAnne at chef@gohomefordinner.com.
